Returns and Exchanges

We would like to do whatever we can to make sure that you are completely satisfied. If you would like to make an exchange or return, please call or email us. If you would like a refund, your money will be refunded in the manner paid, not including shipping and handling costs. Please exchange or return your unworn bustier within 30 days.

Gift Certificates

Sparkle Plenty Creations bustiers are wonderful gifts. We are happy to offer gift certificates for the woman of your choice. Please let us know the name of the lucky recipient, the mailing address and a gift message, if you would like to include one. Please use PayPal. Gift certificates come in denominations of $99.00

We feel it is important to let you know that the personal information that you give to us will only be used by Sparkle Plenty Creations. We will not give your information to anyone, as we greatly respect your privacy.

 

 

 

Care Information

For best results, do not dry clean or wash your Sparkle Plenty bustier in a washing machine.

Here are some suggestions for keeping your bustier clean:

  • After wearing, hang with plenty of space to air, spritz it very lightly, inside and out, with a spray disinfectant, such as one made by Johnson & Johnson called End-Bac II (about $3.50), which sanitizes and deodorizes and is okay for fabrics. Look for it online or in costume or sports shops. Give your bustier a little bit of sunshine.

  • Clean with a damp cloth.

  • Waft your bustier over incense smoke to freshen it.

  • Put a tablespoon of baking soda (Arm and Hammer makes a baking soda designed to remove litter box odors) in a sock, tie off the top and place one in each bra cup when ready to store. Store the bustier in a pillowcase or other fabric, such as canvas, so it can breathe.

  • To avoid mold, be sure your bustier is dry before you store it.

Production Time

Production time for bustiers is 10 to 15 business days for selections offered, and 15 to 20 business days for custom designs. Rush orders are available for a surcharge, depending on how soon you need it. Email for more information.

Shipping and Handling

Your bustier will be shipped by United States Postal Service Priority Mail to any continental United States address, and will arrive in 2-4 days. Shipping and handling is $7.00 for any item up to $150, $10.00 for items up to $200, $15 up to $350, and $20 for items above $350.01.
